Variation of Terms

Iqor Digital is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

Assignment

The Iqor Digital is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Iqor Digital and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Cancellation Policy

The clients acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically regularly until they cancel their subscriptions. Our clients can cancel their subscriptions by emailing at least three days before the next billing date. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the client in terms of acknowledgment. Please remember that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription. You must email info@iqordigital.com and cc your respective project manager at least three days before the payment due date.

Refund Policy

All Iqor Digital subscriptions, the chosen plan service, are billed in advance every month and are non-refundable i.e. no refunds will be issued. Iqor Digital does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months.
